The founder of Sesderma and Mediderma took part in an intensive agenda in Delhi and Hyderabad that included two major scientific symposiums, meetings with medical professionals, an interview with ET Now, and a visit to the Sesderma India team.
Prof. Dr. Gabriel Serrano, founder of Sesderma and Mediderma, visited India last week as part of a new scientific and institutional visit that took place in Delhi and Hyderabad, two key cities for the company’s activity in the country.
The visit reflected Sesderma and Mediderma’s commitment to international expansion, medical education and the exchange of knowledge with healthcare professionals across different markets, with a comprehensive agenda combining scientific, corporate and media activities.
One of the highlights of the visit was two Sesderma Grand Symposia, held in Delhi and Hyderabad, where Dr. Serrano shared his experience and vision on some of the areas currently shaping the evolution of dermatology.
The scientific programme focused on three key areas: skin and body regeneration, with particular attention to exosomes and regenerative medicine; next-generation microneedling and advanced professional protocols; and chemical peeling for higher phototypes, addressing solutions specifically dapted to the characteristics and needs of Indian skin.
The visit also provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with the local medical community through meetings with KOLs and medical professionals, as well as a visit to the Sesderma India offices and production facilities.
The programme also had an important media component. Dr. Serrano took part in a TV interview with ET Now, where he discussed his professional journey, Sesderma’s international development and some of the key trends and innovations currently transforming dermatology.
With a presence in more than 90 countries, Sesderma and Mediderma continue to pursue an international growth model closely linked to science, innovation and medical education. Dr. Serrano’s visit to India represented another opportunity to share knowledge, listen to local professionals and continue adapting innovation to the needs of different skin types and phototypes.
