The programme begins today with a masterclass led by Dr. Gabriel Serrano, bringing together more than 250 dermatologists, cosmetologists and aesthetic doctors from across the Russian Federation and the community of Independent States.
The celebrations will continue tomorrow with a further event attended by ambassadors from the Kingdom of Spain, Colombia and other Latin American countries, as well as senior Russian authorities, including the Minister of Economy and health authorities.
