His appointment, approved by the Board of Directors as part of the implementation of the group\u2019s new corporate governance model, marks the first major strategic milestone following JB CAPITAL\u2019s acquisition of executive control and capital injection. <\/p>\n<p>Sesderma was founded over three decades ago by dermatology professionals, and that scientific and clinical focus remains its defining characteristic today. Every one of the company\u2019s formulas is developed and validated in collaboration with dermatologists and pharmacists, and it is precisely this origin that positions pharmacies as the brand\u2019s natural and priority distribution channel. <\/p>\n<p>Doussinague\u2019s appointment to the top executive position is a result of his proven track record spanning more than two decades in the health and self-care sector, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical channel. In his most recent leadership role as Country Manager for ISDIN in Spain, he drove the brand\u2019s positioning in key categories such as advanced sun protection and anti-aging routines, working closely with pharmacists, dermatologists, and aesthetic physicians to consolidate a strategic vision for the dermo cosmetic business grounded in pharmaceutical prescriptions and advice. <\/p>\n<h2>A roadmap focused on science and on strengthening the pharmacy channel<\/h2>\n<p>In his new role leading the company\u2019s operational management, Doussinague will spearhead the implementation of Sesderma\u2019s transformation plan, which will be built on three pillars:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Strengthening the commitment to the pharmacy channel and regaining leadership in Spain. <\/strong>Sesderma will focus on growth in the Spanish market by providing pharmacists with excellent service, training, and scientific support, thereby reinforcing the role of the pharmacy as a trusted prescriber. The company will bring on board a top-tier management team to accelerate this transformation, consolidating a model of close and specialized relationships with pharmacies and dermatologists.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
